Loft conversions
Dormer lofts built and tile-hung to match the house, with new windows, boarding and plastering ready for decoration.
Kitchens & bathrooms
Full kitchen fitting with worktops and appliances. Bathrooms, shower rooms and wet rooms, tiled wall to floor.
Driveways & walls
Block-paved driveways with proper sub-base and ACO drainage, brick front walls, piers, steps and railings.
Patios & gardens
Indian sandstone and porcelain paving, artificial lawns, composite and timber decking, sleeper walls and pergolas.
Fencing & gates
Closeboard, featheredge, hit-and-miss and composite fencing, hand-made timber gates and field gates.

A tired, flat-roofed garage rebuilt with a new pitched tiled roof, freshly painted walls, a proper window and a glazed door. Now a dry, usable room at the end of the garden.

J.K.F Building Solutions has been building, extending and improving homes across Essex and London for more than thirty years. The business is run hands-on: the same person who prices your job is on site making sure it’s done right.
We take care of the whole project, from the first visit and quotation through groundwork, structure and finishing, to a clean handover. Brick lines run true, paving falls the right way, and joints are tight. Those details are what last.
